Jim started at Telco Construction in 1986 as an estimator and project manager, working his way up to executive management before becoming president and CEO in 2004. He has extensive experience in nearly every aspect of the construction industry including identifying new trends, pre-construction services, construction management, design team interface, owner relationships, bidding and estimating operations/ processes, subcontractor management and payables, buyout processes, field operations/ means and methods, CPM and short interval scheduling, design-build, value engineering, and dispute resolution
John K. Ryan
Vice President / Project Superintendent
John has over twenty years of progressive experience in the management of large scale private and public works projects. Mr. Ryan began his construction career as a tradesman and has knowledge and experience in every aspect of field operations. As Vice President of Construction Field Operations, Mr. Ryan has drawn on his extensive work experience to successfully implement systems and procedures designed to improve the efficiencies of his projects, optimize scheduling and streamline tracking and reporting. John maintains a proactive, hands-on approach as a project manager. His ethics and cooperative attitude are infectious to all members of the project team.

John has more than thirty five years of experience in the construction industry in both the public and private sector projects. John’s work experience includes both corporate office and field experience. John has been an integral part in the success of Telco Construction. As Vice President of Telco, Mr. Milks is involved in project estimating, scheduling, marketing, project procurement, public relations, human resources, and project close out
