Design–build is a method to deliver a project in which the design and construction services are contracted by a single entity. DB with its single point responsibility carries the clearest contractual remedies for clients because the DB contractor will be responsible for all of the work on the project, regardless of the nature of the fault.
Design–build places the responsibility for design errors and omissions on the design–builder, relieving the owner of major legal and managerial responsibilities. The burden for these costs and associated risks are transferred to the design–build team.

The Telco Construction Design-Build Team is responsible for taking the owner's concept and completing a detailed design before, following the owner's approval of the design, proceeding with construction.

There are three main advantages to using a design-build contract. Firstly, Telco’s team is motivated to work with the design team to develop a design with constructability in mind. In that way, it is possible for the team to find creative ways to reduce construction costs without reducing the function of the final product.

The second major advantage involves the schedule. Many projects are commissioned within an extremely tight time frame. Under a traditional contract, construction cannot begin until after the design is finished and the project has been awarded to a bidder. In a design-build contract, Telco Construction, Inc. can start construction concurrently with the design.

The third major advantage is that the design-build contractor has incentive to keep the combined design and construction costs within the owner's budget requirements.
